Curroria decidua Bentham View in CoL in Hooker & Bentham (1849: 457) [= Cryptolepis decidua Planchon ex Bentham View in CoL in Hooker & Bentham 1849: 457) Brown (1902: 243)] – A.B. Curror s.n. (K000234073), ‘South of the Line’ in protologue. Holotype. According to Hooker & Bentham (1849) the accounts of Flora Nigritiana up to the Leguminosae (p. 332) were produced by J.D. Hooker, the remaining by G. Bentham. Therefore the authority of this name is Benth., not Hook.f. & Benth.
Scytanthus currorii Hooker (1844 View in CoL : tab. 605 & 606) [= Hoodia currorii View in CoL ( Hooker 1844: tab. 605 & 606) Decaisne in Candolle 1844: 665] – A.B. Curror s.n. (K Spirit Collection Catalogue Number: 49313, 107.00). Holotype. – A.B. Curror s.n. (K000306204; E00193237), Elephants’ Bay, 1843. Epitype (K000306204) designated by Figueiredo & Smith (2019).
