Notes
Schwarz and Shaw (1998) recorded Gambrus incubitor (including ornatus) from England, Scotland and Wales but, following Schwarz’s ( Schwarz 2005) separation of incubitor and ornatus, most specimens in NMS actually belong to ornatus (M. Schwarz, pers. comm.).
