6. Family Sciaridae View in CoL View at ENA
Curran (1934: 149) recorded an undescribed species of Sciara from Baltra, but its identity remains uncertain. Tremendous numbers of female specimens of an undetermined species of Bradysia were collected in both aerial and pleuston nets ( Peck 1994a, b).
