Distribution. Native. Nearctic, Neotropical; Galápagos: San Cristóbal, Santa Cruz.
Remarks. This species was collected mostly by sweeping through mating swarms encountered along trails in the littoral and arid zones in Galápagos ( Jaschhof 2004).
