The mccabei species-group (after Fibiger 2007)

The group comprises one species. It is characterised by the following combination of characters: the forewing is extremely broad and rounded; the dark brown forewing and hindwing; in the male genitalia the ampulla is slightly asymmetrical, round, and circular; the right ampulla is teardrop-shaped, the left ampulla bears a small dorsal hump; the digitus is prominent, slightly asymmetrical, the left digitus slightly longer than the right; the pollex is small, broad, and rounded; and the phallus is very narrow and long, smoothly curving subapically. The new material on mccabei species-group has not been examined and therefore the mccabei species-group is not treated in present publication.
