In the female genitalia the ovipositor is tube-shaped, broad, and thick (in T. fyani ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 41–52 ) the ovipositor is quadrangular, narrow, and thin); the apophysis anterioris is 3/5X as long as apophysis posterioris (in T. fyani the apophysis anterioris is 7/8X as long as apophysis posterioris); 7 th abdominal segment inverted, tongueshaped (in T. fyani it is inverted, nipple-shaped); the antrum is tube-like, smoothly curved (in T. fyani it is tapered, strongly curved); the ostium and ductus bursae are 13/8X as long as corpus bursae (in T. fyani the ostium and ductus bursae are 11/10X as long as corpus bursae); the corpus bursae is short, drop-shaped, the left and right arms of the transverse line of the signum are equal (in T. fyani corpus bursae is long, drop-shaped, the length of the transverse line of the signum on the left side is shorter than on the right).

Description. Adult ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 1–8 ). Wingspan 13.0 mm. Head and thorax whitish grey; abdomen dark brown, mixed with yellowish. Forewing light brownish grey, mixed with brown and black scales; base of forewing without small black dot; basal line slender, short and brown, with small black dots on both ends; antemedial line brown, indistinct, waved, presents with two small black dots on costa and costal margin of cell; median line absent; postmedial line brown, indistinct, smoothly curved, presenting as black inverted triangle dot on costal margin; subterminal line smoky black, waved, indistinct; terminal line a row of small black dots; fringe yellowish grey; basal and antemedial regions light grey, other regions darker; reniform spot indistinct.
