1. Third tarsal segment emarginate, narrow, 1.0–1.1x as wide as the second segment ( Fig. 13 View Figs 12–20 ); pronotum without noticeable constriction in the anterior third of its length or this constriction is only poorly developed, sides of pronotum usually parallel for most of its length, form of pronotum elongate-oval when viewed from above ( Figs 17–18 View Figs 12–20 ); pronotum more elongated, averaging 1.2x longer than wide; pronotal disc lacking or with fewer small than large punctures ( Figs 9–11 View Figs 7–11 ) ............
