Material examined. 1♂, S Africa, Stellenbosch, 27.vii.1980 (Neser) (G10535), Osteospermum moniliferum (feeds in folded leaves) ( TMSA) .
Biology. The larva was observed feeding on Osteospermum moniliferum (Meliaceae) . An adult emerged 27.vii.
Distribution. South Africa ( Janse 1960: 164).
