Diagnosis. Morphology of antennae usually simple, antennae with elongated flagellomeres ( Fig. 16 View Figs 11- 18 ). Wings, if well developed, with relatively short Sc vein, usually ending approximate to the base of Rs or before mid-length of Rs, never reaching the fork of Rs.
