Cantharis cryptica Ashe, 1947 (Fam. Cantharidae )
Especie europea ( Kazantsev & Brancucci, 2007). En la Península Ibérica ha sido indicada de Granada, Lleida, Málaga, Salamanca, Teruel, Asturias, Aveiro, BraganÇa, Coimbra y Oporto ( Horion, 1953; Magis, 1974; Diéguez Fernández et al., 2006). Con esta nueva especie son ya 24 las especies de Cantharidae que han sido citadas de Galicia ( Diéguez Fernández et al., 2009).
