Material examined: Gran Canaria, La Alidea, 25.04.2019, 1 larva from Herpisticus tasarticus , 23.02.2009, Machado, 2020, 2 larvae from Laparocerus semipilosus ; Fuerteventura, La Oliva, Malpais Grande, 13.01.2005, 1 larva from Laparocerus xericola Machado, 2011 . First record from Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria. This species has so far been known only from Tenerife (Haitlinger 2019, Haitlinger & Šundić 2020). H. tasarticus and L. xericola are new hosts for Leptus spp.
