Material examined. Sri-Lanka : 1 male— 260 km SE of Colombo, 30 km SE Kataragama, Yala National Park, at light, 6°22′N, 81°31′E, 22.10.1982, leg. L.N. Medvedev ( SCH) GoogleMaps ; Thailand: 1 male—Chiang Mai Province, Chiang Dao environs, 19°21′N, 98°57′E, 17– 19.6.1995, leg. M. Snizek GoogleMaps .
Comments. The species was previously known from Afghanistan, India: Belgium, Kanara, Madura, Myanmar and Nepal; these new localities are the first records for Thailand and Sri-Lanka.
