Comments. This species was described by Horváth from Italy. It is however distributed in Africa and Asia and known from India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia ( Drake & Poor 1937), Philippines, Java ( Horváth 1906), Congo ( Schouteden 1923), Kenya, Mozambique, South Africa ( Drake & Ruhoff 1965b), Laos ( Guilbert 2007), and Vietnam ( Guilbert 2015).
