Holotype male with labels: (1) handwritten on white label: “ Xuefeng Mountain / 81.10.11 / no. 10”; (2) handwritten on white label: “ Eutrichota / pegomyza / lamellata / sp.n.”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Eutrichota / lamellata / Fan et Chen ”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Eutrichota / lamellata / Fan et Chen ”.

Preservation: pinned; genitalia dissected and mounted on paper triangle.

Additional notes: Holotype collected by Pinghua Su at Xuefeng Mountain , Hunan Province.

Current name: Eutrichota lamellata Fan & Chen, 1988 .
