Holotype male with labels: (1) printed on white label: “Jinding / 81.6”; (2) handwritten on white label: “collector Anxiao Deng ”; (3) printed on red label: “ HOLOTYPE ”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegomya / unimediseta / Identifier: Zide Fan ”; (5) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Pegomya / unimediseta / Deng et Li ”.
Preservation: pinned; genitalia dissected and mounted on two pinned slides with the specimen; left wing mounted on the first label. Missing parts: fore legs; left hind leg; left wing.
Additional notes: Holotype collected at Jinding of Mount Emei , Sichuan Province.
Current name: Pegomya unimediseta Deng & Li, 1988 .
