Holotype male with labels: (1) printed on white label: “Jinding / 80.6”; (2) handwritten on white label: “collector Anxiao Deng ”; (3) red label with no writing; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegomya / simpliciforceps / Identifier: Zide Fan ”; (5) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Pegomya / simpliciforceps / Li et Deng ”.

Preservation: mounted on a pinned paper; genitalia dissected and mounted on slide pinned with the specimen. Missing parts: head.

Paratypes: 2 males with the same labels respectively: (1) printed on white label: “Jinding / 84.6”; (2) printed on yellow label: “ PARATYPE ”; (3) printed with handwritten inscriptions on white label: “ Pegomya / simpliciforceps / Identifier: Zide Fan ”; (4) printed with handwritten inscriptions on red label: “ TYPE / Pegomya / simpliciforceps / Li et Deng ” .

Preservation: pinned; specimens intact.

Additional notes: All specimens collected by Anxiao Deng at Jinding, Mount Emei , Sichuan Province .
