Types.
Lectotype ♂ E. proba at MNHN ( Endrődi 1966). Type of D. curtus at MTD ( Endrődi 1966). Holotype of E. obtusa at ZMHB ( Endrődi 1966).

Remarks.
Erioscelis proba was reported from Nicaragua ( Bates 1888, Maes 1994), but major faunistic studies did not find further specimens ( Ratcliffe and Cave 2006).
