Based on:— Austrolejeunea occidentalis Pócs, J. Hattori Bot. Lab. 99: 187, 2006 ( Pócs 2006), nom. inval. (ICN Art. 35.1; genus not valid). Type:— AUSTRALIA. Western Australia: Denmark Shire, Gigant Forest Block, 16 June 2000, B.G. Hammersley 2498 (PERTH!, holotype). Note:—The reference to the description in Pócs (2006: 187) validates the taxon.
