Type locality. Okr. s. Gajdary , Zmievskoj r-n, Khar’kovskaya oblast [ Ukraine].

Type repository. Zoological Institute, Russian Academy of Science. Saint Petersburg, Russia (paratype examined).

Redescription. Length 5.0– 6.5 mm; elongate, convex, shiny, glabrous. Dorsal surface black; legs and antennal club piceous. Head with epistome moderately convex and irregularly punctate with a few coarse, distant punctures on disc, distally punctation denser and coarser; clypeus feebly sinuate at middle, round on sides, thinly bordered, edge moderately upturned, glabrous; genae round, sparsely setose, feebly protruding from the eyes; frontal suture obsolete; front finely, evenly punctate. Pronotum widely transverse, convex, dually punctate; large somewhat irregular punctures six to seven times larger than small punctures, denser on sides and sparsely scattered on disc; small punctures distant, evenly scattered throughout; lateral margins almost parallel, thickly bordered, edge sparsely setose; hind angles distinctly truncate; basal margin entirely bordered; border crenulate by coarse, distant punctures mostly toward hind angles. Scutellum ogival; sparsely, finely, somewhat irregularly punctate on basal half. Elytra subparallel sided, very convex; striae moderately deep, subcrenulate; interstriae flat, almost imperceptibly sparsely punctate. Metatibiae superior spur as long as first metatarsomere; latter as long as following 3 metatarsomeres combined. Male: pronotum much more transverse, less densely and less coarsely punctate; protibiae spur stouter, downward bent and feebly hooked apically; aedeagus Figs. 32–33 View FIGURES 24 – 33 . Female: pronotum narrower apically, more coarsely and more densely punctate; protibiae spur slender, somewhat outward curved, not hooked apically.
