Nops blandus: Armas, 2010: 60(misidentification, only male paratype IBSP 166241). Nops agnarssoniSánchez–Ruiz Brescovit & Alayón, 2015: 45, figs 37–43, 78. Male holotypefrom Isla Caja de Muerto ( 17°53′15.7″N, 66°31′37.2″W), Puerto Rico, 24.vii.2010, L. F. Armas & A. Perez–Asso (IBSP 166240) and male paratype, same data as holotype(IBSP 166241, palp and leg IV for SEM; both examined).
Diagnosis. Nops agnarssoniresembles similar congeners Nops blandus( Fig. 10B‒D) and Nops finisfurvus( Fig. 15C‒D) by having a short and curved embolus; but can be distinguished by having short unpaired claws on posterior legs ( Fig. 9B).
Description. Male( holotype): described by Sánchez‒Ruiz et al.(2015). Female: Unknown. Natural history. Both known specimens were collected under rocks, on the way to the lighthouse.
Distribution: Known only from the typelocality Caja de Muerto Island, Puerto Rico( Fig. 8E).
