Carapace with 2 parallel rows of 6 denticles on ocular lobe, uropodal peduncle with serrate margins without medial setae, endopod with 2 medial setae in female, 4 inmale.    Remarks: This is the first record of the species from Puerto Ricoand U.S. Virgin Islands.   Distribution:  Belize( Petrescu, 2002), ExumaIslands of Bahamas( Petrescu, 2003), Puerto Ricoand U.S. Virgin Islands(present report).
