        <spm:hasContent> ( Fig. 1)  Description.Length (including tegmen). Male: 3.5–3.8mm. Body yellowish. Vertex marked with stramineous. Pronotum near posterior margin with orange tinge. Scutellum yellow. Ocelli green; forewings greenish, hyaline, smoky brown at apex. Head narrower than pronotum. Vertex roundedly produced, midlength slightly longer than next to eyes; ocelli 2.0 times own diameter from corresponding eyes. Hind femur setal formula: 2+2+1. Male genitalia. Pygofer distinctly produced posteriorly and tapered to acute projection. Valve broad, triangular. Subgenital plates very long, extended slightly beyond projection of pygofer, with row of lateral macrosetae. Style with apophysis long, digitate; preapical lobe well developed. Stem of connective equal to arms in length. Aedeagus with dorsal apodeme bilobed distally; socle with pair of basal parallel processes curved caudally; shaft filamentous, curved dorsally, gonopore apical.</spm:hasContent>
