Synonymized by  Bergroth, 1922: 16.  Sysinas pallidipes:  Reuter, 1907: 37(n. comb.);  Carvalho, 1955b: 226(syn. note);  Ferreira et al., 2006: 10(distr.).   Diagnosis.General color black. Head, scutellum, and hemelytra uniformly black; pronotum uniformly reddish except for black calli; membrane fuscous, with apex translucent or clear. Legs largely yellow, with the tibiae fuscous to black, except at bases. Length 4.70–5.90 mm.  Host.Unknown.   Distribution. Brazil(Espirito Santo, Minas Gerais, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul) and Paraguay(Carvalho, 1957; Schuh, 1995; Ferreira et al., 2006). Ferreira et al.(2006)listed  S. fulvicollisfrom Minas Gerais in error.   Discussion.  Sysinas pallidipesis very similar to  S. fulvicollis Fabricius, 1803, and, at one point, was considered a junior synonym of it ( Carvalho, 1951d), but later was resurrected as a valid species ( Carvalho, 1955b). Ferreira et al.(2006)presented the distribution of this species under the name  S. fulvipes.  Sysinas fulvipesis best distinguished from  S. pallidipesby the yellowish pro- and mesotibiae and pale yellow lateral margins of the hemelytra.   Minas Gerais specimens examined.1 ɗ, 1 Ψ, Viçosa, 6-38, Snipes ( UFVB); 2 ΨΨ, Viçosa, 13-IV- 33, E.
