Fertile material was found in November.   Distribution.  Campanularia hincksiiis a circumglobal species reported from Icelandto South Africain the East Atlantic ( Peña Cantero & García Carrascosa 2002). In West Africa, it was collected from Morocco( Billard 1906b; Patriti 1970; Ramil & Vervoort 1992; Medel & Vervoort 1998), Mauritania( Billard 1906b; Medel & Vervoort 2000; Vervoort 2006; Gil & Ramil 2017a), Cape VerdeIslands ( Medel & Vervoort 2000), Senegal(Vervoort 1959), Guinea-Bissau(Vervoort 1959; Gili et al.1989) and Ghana(Vervoort 1959).
