Fully winged; body length 5.0– 5.6 mm. Testaceous-reddish, except ocellar triangle black, peti- ole black, metasoma partly brown and antennomeres 8–10 darkened. In specimen from Madagascar, 24°45.31’S 46°51.13’E, head and mesosoma ferruginous, except ocellar triangle darkened. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 18:5:18:10:8:8:9:9:9:11. Head shiny, strongly reticulate rugose (in specimen from Madagascar, 24°45.31’S 46°51.13’E, vertex behind ocellar triangle and temple strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures); frontal line present; ocellar triangle convex, with keels among ocelli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 10; OPL = 10; TL = 8. Pronotum ( Figs 91D, E) shiny, strongly punctate, with transverse keels, crossed by transverse impression separating anterior collar from posterior disc; lateral margin of posterior surface of pronotum sharp; pronotal tubercle reaching the tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.65 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured, with anterior margin very convex and raised into carina. Mesopleuron and metapleuron rugose, with slight keels; occasionally mesopleuron and metapleuron shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures; occasionally anterior half of mesopleuron very setose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, without transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity without longitudinal keels, reticulate rugose, except central smooth area. Forewing entirely darkened, or with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (11:7). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 10:4:6:11:26. Protarsomere 2 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 91F) with one bristle situated further distally than proximal prominence. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 91F) with two-three rows of approximately 27 lamellae (all about same length) (in specimen from Madagascar, 24°45.31’S 46°51.13’E, three rows of about 48 lamellae, many lamellae longer than others); apex with approximately 6–11 lamellae, among which one much longer than others.
