Diagnosis. This species can be distinguished from all other Neotropical Epirhyssaby the combination of the following characters: 1) almost entirely fulvous; 2) tergite I long, about 2.5–3.0 times as long as posteriorly broad; and 3) clypeus with a strong median tubercle.
