Hind wing: 2-M pigmented; membrane largely glabrous basally.  Legs.Hind coxa with rugae dorsally, coriaceous; hind femur coriaceous, its ventral border weakly irregular; lengths of hind femur, tibia and basitarsus 5.5, 9 and 6.3 times their widths, respectively; tibial spurs 0.42 and 0.31 times basitarsus; hind tibia with four apical teeth.  Metasoma.First tergite three times longer than apically wide, flattened in lateral view, coriaceous; spiracles protruding; second tergite weakly coriaceous and shiny; T2 1.3 times longer than T3; second suture smooth, straight; length of ovipositor sheath 0.1 times fore wing length.  Colour.Brownish yellow. Antenna, apical 0.2 of hind tibia, apical 0.2 of hind basitarsus, remainder of hind tarsus blackish; outer stripe of scapus, mid tarsus dark brown; stemmaticum brownish; T1 z T2, propodeum, mesoscutum orange; basal 0.65 of hind basitarsus whitish, hind tibial spurs yellowish and infuscate; fore wing hyaline to slightly infuscate apically.  Variation.
