Webster(1 sex undetermined, RWC).   BionomicNotes.This adventive species was collected in litter at the base of a tree in a silver maple swamp, in flood debris along a river margin, and among decaying corncobs and cornhusks near a home in a forested residential area. Majka and Klimaszewski (2008d)reported this species from pitfall traps in pastures and a blueberry field in Nova Scotia. In Europe this species has been reported from similar habitats ( Assing 1999). Adults were collected in June, July, and August.
