It is principally associated as a host of  Diaeretiella rapae(McIntosh, 1855)but is also a hyperparasitoid of  Aphidius colemaniViereck, 1912,  A. salicisHaliday, 1834,  A. similisStary & Carver, 1979, and  A. sonchi Marshall, 1896( Braconidae: Aphidiinae) ( Valentine 1975; Carver 1992), all of which are present in New Zealand.
