Subapical chaeta of maxillary outer lobe larger than apical one; three smooth sublobal hairs on maxillary outer lobe. Lateral process of labial palp thicker than normal chaetae, with tip beyond apex of labial papilla ( Fig. 5). Labial chaetae as mrel1l2, all smooth, r/m=0.60‒0.67; chaetae X, X2 and X4ciliate; chaeta X3smooth. Cephalic groove with nine chaetae, four of them smooth and others ciliate ( Fig. 6). Trochanteral organ with 12‒15 ( 14‒15 in holotype) smooth spiny-like chaetae; 8‒11 inarms and 4‒5 between them ( Fig. 7). Partial inner differentiated tibiotarsal chaetae “smooth” with ciliations moderately appressed to axis. Tibiotarsi distally with 10 chaetae in a whorl. Unguis with three inner, one outer and two lateral teeth; two paired teeth unequal, outer one large. Unguiculus outer edge with a large tooth. Tenent hairs pointed or clavate ( Fig. 8). Abd. IV 3.25‒3.55 longer than Abd. III along dorsal midline. Ventral tube anteriorly with 6+6 ciliate chaetae; two of them much larger than others; posteriorly with about 6+6 smooth chaetae; each lateral flap with seven smooth and one weakly ciliate chaetae ( Fig. 9). Furcula without smooth chaetae. Manubrium ventrally with 6‒8 distal ciliate chaetae on each side ( Fig. 10). Manubrial plaque with 1‒2 pseudopores and 4+4 ciliate chaetae ( Fig. 11). Distal smooth part of dens 1.35‒1.52 as long as mucro. Mucro bidentate with a long basal spine and its tip nearly reaching the apical tooth ( Fig. 12). Th. II with three (m1, m2, m 2i) medio-medial, three (m4, m 4i, m4p) medio-sublateral and about 24 posterior mac. Th. III with 30 mac; m 5i, a 6i, p5, p6, m6, m 6iand m6e as mac ( Fig. 13). Abd. I with six (a3, m2‒4, m 2i, m4p) mac. Abd. II with three (m3, m3e, m3ep) central and one (m5) lateral mac. Abd. III with one (m3) central and three (am6, pm6, p6) lateral mac ( Fig. 14). Abd. IV with six central (I, M, A5‒6, B4‒5) and five lateral mac (E2‒4, E2p, F1) ( Fig. 15). Abd. V with chaetae m2, m3, m5, p1 and p3 much larger than others ( Fig. 16). S-chaetae formula: 2+ms, 2/1+ms, 2, 2,?, 3.   Ecology.Under a cluster of bamboos in broad-leaved forest.   Etymology.Named after the typelocality.   Remarks.  Sinella maolanensis  sp. nov.is characterized by the postlabial chaetae X, X2 and X4ciliate and X3smooth combined to 6+6 central mac on Abd. IV. It is most similar to  Sinella sineocula Chen & Christiansen, 1993,  Sinella yunnanica Zhang & Deharveng, 2011and  Sinella liuae Zhao & Zhang, 2016in “smooth” inner differentiated tibiotarsal chaetae, long mucronal spine, lateral process of labial palp, number of teeth on unguis and unguiculus, dorsal mac on head, chaetotaxy of thorax and Abd. II‒III. It differs from  S. sineoculain smooth postlabial chaetae X3 and 6+6 central plus 5+5 lateral mac on Abd. IV, from  S. yunanicain postlabial chaetae X, X2 and X4ciliate and X3smooth, presence of mac m 5ion Th. III, absence of ms on Abd. III and 6+6 central mac on Abd. IV, and from  S. liuaein the relative position of inner ungual teeth, number of chaetae on posterior face of ventral tube, 6+6 mac on Abd. I and 5+5 lateral mac on Abd. IV ( Table 1). 1880439930 2015-07-22 Huang & Y Liang & Liu China 780 25.266666 Maolan 1247 107.9 Libo 1 485 2 Guizhou Province holotype 1880439932 2015-07-22 Huang & Y Liang & Liu China 780 25.266666 Maolan 1247 107.9 Libo 1 485 1 Guizhou Province paratype
