It can be distinguished by the wider sternum (width more than 65% of the sternum length).   Description:Male and female described in Ramírez (1993, 2003).   Distribution:Southern forests in Chile, from Cautín prov., and Argentina, from Neuquénto Cabo de Hornos ( Fig. 38d).
