Genus Achardella Obenberger, 1926

Achardella Obenberger, 1926:97 . Type species: Buprestis americana Herbst, 1801 (original designation).

Achardella contains five species from arid habitats of western Argentina: Catamarca, Chaco, Mendoza, San Luis and Santiago del Estero provinces. Nothing is recorded about adult or larval host plants .
