Hosts. Ligustrum sp. L., Ligustrum lucidum Ait. , Ligustrum ovalifolium L. ( Oleaceae ).
Relation to host. Vagrant, leaf curling, rust.
Distribution. China (Fujian, Hubei, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Shanghai, Sichuan, Zhejiang), Iran, Italy, Japan, Poland, USA.
