Range: — Bolivia (SC), Paraguay, northern Argentina, and Brazil.
Ecology: —Rare (3 collections known), terrestrial in open vegetation and semideciduous forest borders; 200–800 m.
Notes: —Similar to A. deflectens , but more delicate. The sterile margins are copiously ciliate to ca. 2 mm, formed by the projecting ends of veins; sori borne at tips of lobes (usually only one per pinna); indusia rounded, glabrous.
