Type material. Holotype: male, Cambodia, Seima , 3.vii.2009 (legs. Bae YS & Chae DY), gen. prep. no. hhl-3541- 1( NEFU) . Paratypes: 1 male, 1 female, same data as holotype, gen. prep. no. hhl-3543-1( NEFU) and hhl-3544-2 ( NEFU) .
Diagnosis. This new species is similar to A. flavofasciata ( Fig.6 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ) in superficial characters, but can be distinguished from the latter by the following characters: antemedial line slightly bending; postmedial line with slightly wavy lines; M1 vein black between postmedial line and terminal line; subterminal line more thinner than A. flavofasciata . In A. flavofasciata , antemedial line bending strongly; postmedial line rather smooth, without slightly wavy lines; M1 vein without black between postmedial line and terminal line. In male genitalia, valva gradually broadens from base to apex, ampullae spade-shaped, anellus finger-shaped and slightly curved, with a small sclerotised triangulate protuberance near base of plate. In male of A. flavofasciata ( Fig.11 View FIGURES 7 – 12 ), valva are rather straight; ampullae are beret shaped, with wellsclerotised ventral plate; anellus is hook-shaped and with pointed tip, smooth at basal part of plate; vesica with 3 cornuti.
Description. Adult ( Figs 1, 2 View FIGURES 1 – 6 ). Wingspan 11.5– 12 mm. The basal, antemedial, subterminal and terminal lines areas of forewing blackish-brown; median and postmedial lines areas grayish-yellow to light yellow, and slightly dark at cost part; basal line indistinct, only black dot present at costal margin; antemedial line dark black and arc curved, with concave at 2A vein; median line yellow, and close to postmedial line, external oblique; postmedial line dark black, and more slender than antemedial line, slightly waved and parallel with median line; subterminal line dark black, strongly waved, broad, end at tornus, inside with red; terminal line formed by black dots; reniform stigma yellow and very small; M1 vein with black between postmedial line and terminal line. Hindwing pale brown; discal spot slightly dark, indistinct; terminal line yellow.
Male genitalia ( Figs 7, 8 View FIGURES 7 – 12 ). Tegumen long and narrow evenly; valva gradually broadens from base to apex, and asymmetrical, right one slightly larger; sacculus rod-shaped; ampullae spade-shaped, setose, rounded at apex, ventral process triangular, in left valva process sharper than in right; the terminal part of the costal margin in left with a corner, right smooth. Juxta-anellus plate almost rounded; anellus well-sclerotised, finger-shaped and curved; with a small sclerotised triangulate protuberance at near base of juxta plate. Aedeagus cylindrical; caecum short and swollen; coiled posterior half part; corina ling and sharp; vesica with 1 thorn-shaped cornutus at terminal.
Female genitalia ( Fig.12 View FIGURES 7 – 12 ). 8th segment of abdomen long, about 2 times as long as anterioris apophysis. Anterioris apophysis same long as posterioris apophysis, very slender. Ostium sclerotised, with dark burrknot. Ductus bursae membranous, about 1.5 times as long as corpus bursae, posterior part broad, curved and slightly sclerotised, anterior half narrow evenly. Appendix bursae arising from near terminal part of ductus bursae. Corpus bursae rounded, signum crossshaped at middle part, and more clearly cone-shaped.
Etymology. This species name refers to Michael Fibiger who was Noctuoidea specialist in the world.
Distribution. Cambodia (Prov. Mondulkiri, Seima Biodiversity Conservation Area).
