Allopauropus (A.) lemurum (Remy, 1956) View in CoL , n. comb.
Scleropauropus (Scleropauropopsis) lemurum Remy 1956 b. Mémoires de l´Institut scientifique de Madagascar, (A)10, 207–210, fig. 50.
Remy placed this species in Scleropauropus though it had typical Allopauropus characters: 3 pairs of setae on the pygidial sternum (b 1+ b 2+ b 3) and 2 pairs of setae on the pygidial sternum in the subadult stage (d 1+ d 2). The general appearance is also more that of an Allopauropus and the anal plate is not alike those of the Scleropauropus species known at that time.
Distribution. Known so far only from Madagascar.
