Redescription, female. Body length 4 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long, with median tooth at apical margin. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus wide; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to first pair of metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectalpropodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Mesotibia not spinose.

Redescription, male. Body length 2.7 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings sub-hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Flagellomeres long. Mandible very narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe angulate, long, with apical median tooth. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli very small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus wide; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity rugulose. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea divided; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Mesotibia not spinose. Genitalia. Basiparamere shorter than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, and with ventral margin convex and dorsal margin straight, densely setose; basivolsella straight; cuspis with arms long; digitus with basal projection overlapping aedeagus basal portion; aedeagus with basal portion angled and slender, and apical portion as long as basal, wide and swollen; apodeme wide.
