Material. Indonesia: N. Sulawesi, Duoga-Bone N.P. ca 220 m, 0°34´N 123°54´E, 1 ♀ 10–18.xi.1985, leg. C. van Achterberg (Leiden) GoogleMaps .

Remarks. Flagellum with 29 flagellomeres, lanceolate; 1 st flagellomere 1.7 × longer than wide, 9 th flagellomere square, widest flagellomeres 2.2 × wider than long. Temple almost parallel behind eye, moderately narrowed apically. OED 1.7 × and OOD 1.5 × ocellar diameter. Pronotum medially with a weak longitudinal ridge. Hind femur very stout, 2.2 × longer than wide. Postpetiole smooth, with some sparse punctures. 2 nd tergite 1.4 × wider than long. Gastrocoelus moderately impressed, with some concentric ridges. Thyridium transverse, 0.8× as wide as the interval between thyridia.

Colour. Black with rich ivory coloration. Petiole basally, apical bands of postpetiole and 2 nd to 6 th tergites ivory, 7 th tergite mainly ivory medially. Flagellomeres 6–20 with ivory stripes. Pterostigma black. Coloration otherwise as described by Heinrich (1934: 220–221).

Distribution. Only known from Sulawesi.
