( Figs 38F View FIGURE 38 , 39C View FIGURE 39 , 40 View FIGURE 40 )
Diagnosis. Macropterous ♀ of Anteon with head reticulate rugose ( Fig. 39C View FIGURE 39 ); clypeus and frons black; posterior surface of pronotum longer than mesoscutum, almost completely granulate; forewing with one dark spot around 2r-rs&Rs vein ( Fig. 39C View FIGURE 39 ); propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels; protarsomere 4 longer than basal part of 5.
Description. ♀ ( Figs 39C View FIGURE 39 , 40 View FIGURE 40 ). Fully winged; body length 3.1–4.6 mm (3.1 mm in holotype). Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 5–10 brown (in holotype) (in paratype from Madagascar, 12°31.13’S 49°10.45’E, antenna testaceous except antennomere 10 brown; in paratype from Madagascar, 21°15.05’S 47°24.43’E, antenna testaceous, except antennomeres 7–10 brown); mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs of holotype and paratype from Madagascar, 21°15.05’S 47°24.43’E, brown, except tarsi testaceous; legs of paratype from Madagascar, 12°31.13’S 49°10.45’E, yellow-testaceous, except basal third of metacoxa and stalk of metafemur brown. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:5:6:4:5:5:5:4.5:5:7.5. Head ( Fig. 40C View FIGURE 40 ) dull, reticulate rugose; frontal line complete; frons with two lateral keels near orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 3; OOL = 5; OPL = 5; TL = 4; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Pronotum dull, granulate, except posterior margin smooth, unsculptured; posterior sur- face longer than mesoscutum (16:13); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Mesoscutum ( Fig. 40A View FIGURE 40 ) shiny, finely punc- tate, very slightly granulate among punctures. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.5 × length of mesos- cutum in holotype and in paratype from Madagascar, 21°15.05’S 47°24.43’E (0.3 × in paratype from Madagascar, 12°31.13’S 49°10.45’E). Mesoscutellum and metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with strong transverse posterior keel; propodeal declivity with two longitudinal keels and median area as ru- gose as lateral areas. Forewing ( Fig. 40D View FIGURE 40 ) with one slightly dark spot around 2r-rs&Rs vein; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much shorter than proximal part (4:9). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 8:2.5:3:6.5:15; protarsomere 4 longer than basal part of 5 (6.5:5). Enlarged claw ( Fig. 38F View FIGURE 38 ) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 38F View FIGURE 38 ) with basal part shorter than distal part (5:10), with one row of 18–24 lamellae; apex with about 11 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
