(Plate 43A, B)
Anteon sarawaki Olmi 1984: 425.
Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.6 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 12:8:14:9:9:9:8:8:7:9. Head shiny, rugose, with numerous areolae on face and with irregular keels on vertex and behind ocelli, unsculptured among areolae and keels; frontal line present; face with two longitudinal keels near orbits directed towards antennal toruli; occipital carina complete; POL = 6; OL = 4; OOL = 6; OPL = 5; TL = 3. Pronotum shiny, hairy, rugose, strongly transversely striate and punctate, smooth only near posterior margin; posterior surface slightly shorter than scutum (8:9); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum, scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli long, incomplete, almost reaching the posterior margin of the scutum. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part (3:12). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 10:3:5:10:23. Enlarged claw (Plate 43A) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 43A) with basal part much shorter than distal part, with two rows of about 35 lamellae; distal apex with about four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.1–3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs testaceous, except procoxa basally black. Antenna filiform; antennal hairs longer than breadth of antennal segments (as in Deinodryinus ); antennal segments in following proportions: 10:6:8:6.5:6.5:7:7:7:5.5:8. Head shiny, completely reticulate rugose and granulated; frontal line absent (in specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, frontal line present and complete, irregular); POL = 8; OL = 4.5; OOL = 6; OPL = 5; TL = 3; occipital carina complete. Scutum hairy, shiny, smooth, strongly punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Notauli long, incomplete, almost reaching posterior margin of scutum (in specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, notauli reaching about 0.9 length of scutum). Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, slightly punctate. Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface reticulate rugose; posterior surface reticulate rugose, without longitudinal keels. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (3:11). Paramere (Plate 43B) without distal inner process and proximal membranous process. In specimen from Brunei, 04°34'N 115°07'E, paramere with small proximal membranous process. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
