( Figures 66 View FIGURE 66 , 102 View FIGURE 102. 60–76 )
Description. Holotype. Female. Body length 2.7 mm, fore wing length 3.0 mm.
Head. Transverse in dorsal view, 2.0× as wide as long, 1.1× as wide as mesoscutum. Vertex between eye and posterior ocellus slightly shiny with minute punctures. Temple dull, strongly rugose-punctate, weakly constricted. Face 0.6× as high as wide, dull, evenly punctate, inner margin of eyes parallel-sided, pubescent. Ocelli not small, posterior tangent to anterior ocellus hardly touching posterior ocelli, distance between fore and hind ocellus not longer than diameter of hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL=5.5:2.4:4.5. Antenna much shorter than body length, closely articulated, penultimate flagellomere subcubic.
Mesosoma. Length:width:height = 45.0:28.0:37.0. Disc of mesonotum slightly shiny with coarse, rugulose punctures, interspaces not smaller than diameter of puncture, punctures confluent at end of notaulic courses, with longer, denser pubescence, posterior margin shiny and polished. Scutellar sulcus nearly straight, relatively wide with sparse carinae inside. Scutellum shiny and polished entirely, except for some extremely shallow punctures laterally, and indistinctly longer medially than wide basally. Lateral polished field of scutellum reaching half length of scutellum. Propodeum short, dull with rugose-punctate anterio-laterally, areolation poorly defined by rugosity, scrobiculate inside areolation, costulae absent, spiracle enclosed by posterior keels, with indistinct carinae posteriolaterally. Mesopleuron shiny, anterior part with rugulose, shallow punctures.
Legs. Hind femur thick, 2.7× longer than wide. Hind coxa dull, rugulose-punctate above (basally). Spines on outer side of third tibia short, not dense. Inner spurs of hind tibia fully 3/5 length of hind basitarsus, outer spur 2/5. Basitarsus of hind leg about as long as tarsomeres 2–4 combined, claws of normal size.
Wings. Pterostigma 2.8× as long as its widest part. Vein 1-R1 as long as pterostigma, 2.5× as long as its distance from apex of marginal cell. Vein r arising slightly behind the middle of pterostigma, slightly oblique outwards, indistinctly shorter than width of pterostigma, r nearly 2.0× longer than 2-SR, distinctly angled at junction, 2-M as long as 1-SR and nearly as long as length of 2-SR, the latter slightly shorter than 2-SR+M, and cu-a slightly longer than 2-SR+M. First discal cell of fore wing nearly 1.3× wider than high. Second submarginal cell of hind wing 1.4× wider than high. Vein cu-a nearly straight. Hind wing narrow, length of 1-M not shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe, and vannal lobe beyond its widest part strongly concave and without setae.
Metasoma. Nearly 0.9× as long as mesosoma (34.0:39.0). T1 subparallel-sided, short, 1.5× longer than hind width, concave at basal 2/5, turned-over part shiny, smooth with fine, distinct punctures, longitudinal trough shallow to indistinct, and apical tubercle indistinct, shiny and smooth. T2 shiny with a row of setaceous punctures, rather transverse, 4.4× wider than long in the middle, curved into T3 apically. T3 1.6× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 shiny, smooth, with at least four rows of setaceous punctures. Hypopygium shorter than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath slightly shorter than length of hind basitarsus. Ovipositor thick with a distinct attenuation.
Colour. Black. Tegula dark brown. Palpi dingy yellow and spurs pale yellowish. Antenna and ovipositor sheath dark brown. Labrum and mandible reddish yellow with black margin. Legs dark brown, except most part of fore femur, fore tibia with tarsus, apex of middle femur, middle tibia with tarsus, basal 2/3 of hind tibia and most part of hind tarsus yellow to yellowish brown. Wing membrane weakly brownish, C+SC+R, 1-R1, pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M brown, the rest more or less yellowish brown and pterostigma with an indistinct whitish basal spot.
Male. Unknown.
Material examined. Holotype: 1♀, Songyang , Zhejiang, 1982.V.10–21, Chen Hanlin, No. 924418.
Distribution. China (Zhejiang).
Etymology. The specific name “ plureseta ” derives from the Latin “plures” and “seta”, referring to tergites posterior to T2 largely setose.
Remarks. This species is similar to A. demades Nixon , but differs in the following: hind wing narrower, length of 1-M not shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe (broader, length of 1-M distinctly shorter than distance between its distal extremity and apex of vannal lobe in latter); face dull, evenly punctate (shiny, smoother in latter); and hind coxa dull, rugulose-punctate above (basally) (almost polished in latter).
