Apogonia Moseri Burgeon, 1945: 3 (key), 5 (nec Ritsema, 1912)

Type locality: "DunguNiangara et Doruma; Tuku".

Distribution: Democratic Republic of the Congo (= Zaire) ( Burgeon, 1945).

Remark: New name, A. burgeoni nom. nov., is established here for A. moseri Burgeon, 1945 because of the primary homonymy with A. moseri Ritsema, 1912 (currently Dichecephala moseri ).
