Notes: Atopocentrum View in CoL is currently known as a monotypic genus endemic to the Neotropical region ( Peru) and it was keyed out by Chani-Posse (2014a) based only on type material of Atopocentrum mirabile View in CoL (two male specimens).

Remarks. Bernhauer did not indicate the number of specimens on which he based this species. Two syntypes are present in the FMNH and were labelled as lectotype and paralectotype respectively by M. Chani-Posse in 2011, but such designations were never published.
