Euproctis telephanes Collenette, 1939: 335 ; Chao, 2003: 391.

Redescription. Forewing length 16–20 mm. Forewing yellow, with two yellowish white median lines; anterior median line short and straight, posterior median line elbow-shaped bent. Black scales scattered from lower angle of cell to dorsum, with a black spot at upper angle of cell. Hindwing pale yellow. Male genitalia: Uncus triangular. Valva broad basally, gradually tapering towards terminal, cucullus with two processes; costa broad. Saccus long and robust, tongue-shaped.Aedeagus clavate, with a pointed tip. Female genitalia: Papilla analis broad. Apophysis anterioris longer than apophysis posterioris. Ductus long, sclerotized basally. Bursa broad, signum with a sclerotization medially.
