Notes:—We have found several specimens that correspond to original material of Pozoa incisa Grisebach. View in CoL Specimen GOET011287 shows an original label with the species description in Grisebach´s handwriting, and all the other duplicates show matching labels indicating collection number, name of species, locality and the phrase “n. sp. typus”. Because of this information, these duplicates were likely available to Grisebach at the time of preparation of the description and were later distributed to other herbaria, and therefore there is no holotype. We designate GOET011287 as the lectotype because it shows the original label by Grisebach; this is a complete specimen with leaves and fruiting umbels.
