Description of Male. Fully winged; length 2.9–3.2 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown. Antenna filiform; antennal segments of holotype in following proportions: 13:6:9:8:8:8:8:7:6:10. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose; frontal line complete, forming a pointed prominent carina between antennal toruli ( Plate 69C View PLATE 69 ); occipital carina complete; head of holotype with POL = 3; OL = 2; OOL = 9; OPL = 9; TL = 6; head of specimen from Laos, Sayaboury, with POL = 5; OOL = 9; head of specimen from Thailand, 16°43.184'N 101°35.137'E, with POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 8; OPL = 9; TL = 6; greatest breadth of the posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (3.5:9). Scutum, scutellum and metanotum completely strongly reticulate rugose. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli longer than POL (9:5). Propodeum with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; dorsal surface very short, dull, reticulate rugose, with broad areolae; posterior surface with two complete longitudinal keels, median area dull, as rugose as lateral areas; in specimen from Thailand, 16°43.184'N 101°35.137'E, median area of posterior surface of propodeum with small central smooth and shiny area. Fore wing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; marginal cell open; distal part of stigmal vein approximately as long as proximal part in holotype; in specimen from Thailand, 16°43.184'N 101°35.137'E, distal part of stigmal vein slightly shorter than proximal part (11:15). Petiole very short. Genitalia in plate 69D. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
