Material. Neotype PIN 3311 View Materials /2311, Russia: Krasnoyarskiy Krai : Taimyrsky (Dolgano-Nenetsky) District : Taimyr Peninsula : right bank of the Maimecha River in 3 km upstream from its confluence with the Kheta River (a left tributary of the Khatanga River ), Yantardakh Hill (Yantardakh).

Emended diagnosis. Antennal segment III shorter than the following ones. Vein Rs arising from pterostigma distally. Segment I of hind tarsi with five setae. Cauda long and rounded with many long hairs.

Redescription. Body elliptical in outline, 1.08–1.12 in length. Head length—0.12, width—0.33. Epicranial suture reaches approximately the same height as the anterior edge of compound eyes. Lateral sutures depart from the edge of ocelli and connect with each other and with the epicranial suture. Compound eyes large— 0.09–0.1 in diameter, and in contact with the posterior part of antennal base. Triomatidium poorly distinguished ( Fig. 2. d View FIG ). Three ocelli visible, one on ventral side located centrally, above the level of the antenna base, two other on the dorsal side at the base of the antennae. Antennae six–segmented, slender, 0.48–0.50 in length ( Fig. 2. a View FIG ). Length of the individual segments: I—0.03, II—0.04–0.05, III—0.07, IV—0.08–0.1, V—0.11–0.13, VI—0.13–0.14. The terminal process short relative to basis. On segment VI oval rhinarium visible ( Fig. 2. c View FIG ), 0.02 in length. A rhinarium visible also in apical part of the third and fifth segment. Only apical part of rostrum visible (0.12 in length) ( Fig. 2. b View FIG ), reaching almost middle coxae. Apical segment blunt, similar in length (0.04) to the preapical one (0.03). There are four short setae on the apex of rostrum.

Thorax 0.39 in length. Scutum convex, wider than long. The front margin of mesosternum slightly rounded with a small concavity in the middle, lateral arms narrow. Legs rather short. Coxae with single, short setae. Femora with sparse and short setae. On the tibiae setae longer and distinct, running in rows along the entire length. Segment I of the fore and middle tarsi with two or three setae on each, and on the hind tarsi five longer setae on each; segment II with 4–5 pairs of setae on each leg, on the hind legs setae longer, the most distal pair of setae longer than others ( Fig. 2. g, h View FIG ). Fore femur—0.24–0.26, fore tibia—0.3, segment I of fore tarsus—0.02, segment II of fore tarsus—0.09–0.1, middle coxa—0.05, middle trochanter—0.02, middle femur—0.19–0.22, middle tibia—0.29, tarsal segment I of middle leg—0,02, tarsal segment II middle leg—0.08–0.09, hind coxa—0.06, hind trochanter—0.03, hind femur— 0.28, hind tibia—0.38, tarsal segment I of the hind leg—0.02, tarsal segment II hind leg—0.1–0.12. Both pairs of wings with a scaly texture. Forewing 1.4 in length, 0.55–0.61 in width, distance from the base of the wing to the end of the pterostigma 1.04–1.05. Pterostigma quite short (0.37) and wide (0.1–0.13), ends far from the apex of wing. Vein Rs leaves pterostigma in the distal part (approximately in 2/3 of its length). CuA veins depart from the main stem clearly apart. Proximal vein (0.36–0.38) separates from the common stem at about 3/4 of the length (without pterostigma). CuA 1 (0.55–0.56) distinctly bent (on the left wing clearer than on the right one), 1.3–1.55 times longer than CuA 2.Vein M three–branched, not connected with the main stem. Common stem of M (0.15–0.16) shorter than M 1+2 (0.17–0.22). M 1 (0.24–0.27) reaches the apical part of wing. M 2 0.2–0.22 long, M 3+4 —0.24–029. Hind wings quite long (0.93–1.01 – 0.66–0.72 of the forewing length) and narrow (0.29–0.33). Main stem slightly curved, two separate veins arising from it, the proximal (0.25) perpendicularly, the distal (0.28) at an angle of about 45 o.

Abdomen measured with cauda 0.49 long, without cauda—0.45, in basal part 0.29 wide, in proximal part— 0.15. No visible structures on the dorsal side, except for cauda. Anal plate oval- or kidney-shaped, 0.13 wide, bears numerous, long hairs, similar in length to shorter diameter of plate. Cauda elongated and rounded, visible part 0.09 long, with numerous hairs, slightly shorter than those on the anal plate. Ovipositor present ( Fig. 2. e, f View FIG ).
