Diagnosis
Body length 1.8 mm, light yellow ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (a)); head 1.8 × as wide as long, constricted behind eyes in dorsal view; eyes 2.3 × longer than temple in dorsal view; POL:OD: OOL = 1.0:1.0:2.4 ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (b)); face transverse, 1.4 × wider than high; clypeus 1.9 × wider than medial length; length of malar space 0.6 × basal width of mandible ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (c)); notauli short, crenulated at anterior 1/3, medial course hardly visible; scutellar sulcus slightly curved, narrow, shallowly concave, uncrenulated ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (d)); hind depressions on scutellum large and oblong, and touching each other ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (h)); propodeum with distinct median carinae reaching beyond costulae, anterior part with short rugae at sides of the median carinae, anterior part 2.7 × longer than middle length of metanotum ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (h)); vein 1-R1 nearly as long as pterostigma length; vein r:2-SR:2- M = 1.0:3.8:3.8 ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (f)); metasoma 0.9 × longer than mesosoma; T1 spatula-shaped; T2 2.8 × wider than median length; T3 1.2 × longer than T2, not longitudinally striate ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (i)); ovipositor sheath 0.9 of hind basitarsus, with long and short setae apically ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (g)).
Description
Female. Body length 1.8 mm, fore wing length 2.0 mm ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (a)).
Head. 1.8 × as wide as long, 1.4 × wider than mesoscutum in dorsal view. Eyes 2.3 × longer than temple in dorsal view. Temple smooth, nearly impunctate, except minute setose punctures and shiny, a little constricted behind eyes in dorsal view ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (b)). Ocelli small, distance between fore and hind ocellus a little longer than minor axis of a hind ocellus, POL:OD:OOL = 1.1:1.0:2.4. Frons flat and polished. Vertex between eye and hind ocellus shiny and smooth and pubescent, an indistinct dark line present joining the middle of posterior ocelli and occiput. Face ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (c)) nearly smooth, less densely setose, indistinctly convex medially, rather transverse, 1.4 × wider than high. Clypeus 1.9 × wider than medial length, sparsely setose. Length of malar space 1.6 × longer than basal width of mandible. Antenna ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (a)) with scape, pedicel and 1 st flagellomere 1.6, 1.6, 4.1 × longer than wide, others missing.
Mesosoma
Length:width:height = 1.8:1.0:1.2. Mesonotum ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (d)) shiny with dense punctures anteriorly, becoming shallower towards posterior half and polished along posterior margin, notauli short, crenulated at anterior 1/3. Scutellar sulcus slightly curved, narrow, shallowly concave, uncrenulated. Scutellum shiny with indistinct setose punctures, not glabrous medio-posteriorly, hind depressions large and oblong, touching each other. Propodeum ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (h)) shiny, with distinct median carinae reaching beyond costulae, anterior part with short rugae at sides the middle carinae, posterior parts polished, anterior part 2.7 × longer than middle length of metanotum. Mesopleuron ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (e)) polished, impunctate.
Legs. Hind femur ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (e)) 3.7 × as long as its widest part. Length of hind femur:tibia: basitarsus = 1.2:2.7:1.0. Basitarsus of hind leg slightly shorter than tarsomeres 2–5.
Wings. Fore wing ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (f)): pterostigma, 2.2 × as long as its widest part; vein 1-R1 slightly longer than pterostigma length; vein r:2-SR:2-M = 1.0:3.8:3.8, 1-SR:1-M = 1.0:4.8, 1- CU1:2-CU1 = 1.0:1.2; first discal cell of fore wing less than 1.2 × wider than high. Hind wing ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (f)): vein M+ CU:1-M:r-m = 2.0:1.8:1.0.
Metasoma. 0.9 × longer than mesosoma. T1 ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (i)) smooth, spatula-shaped, 2.7 × longer than its maximum width, distinctly narrowed anterio-medially. T2 wide, 2.8 × wider than median length. T3 1.2 × longer than T2, not longitudinally striate. Hypopygium extending slightly beyond apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (g)) 0.9 × as long as hind basitarsus, with long and dense setae apically.
Colour. Light yellow ( Figure 3 View Figure 3 (a)). Antenna and apex of ovipositor sheath brown. Legs pale yellow to slightly yellow-brown, except tips of apical tarsomeres darker brown. Wing membranes hyaline, pterostigma (pale yellow-brown inside), vein r, 2-SR, 1-SR, 1-M and 1- CU1 darker brown, other veins light brown.

Distribution
MALAYSIA: Borneo: Sarawak.
Etymology
The specific name ‘ longimetacarpaa ’ derives from the Latin, referring to the long metacarp of fore wing.
Remarks
This species is similar to C. taiwanica ( Papp and Chou, 1996) , but differs in the following characters: vein 1-R1 long, nearly as long as length of pterostigma (indistinct in C. taiwanica ); vein 2-SR as long as 2-M (2-SR about 3 × longer than 2-M in C. taiwanica ); and notauli distinct at least on anterior 1/3 (absent in C. taiwanica ).
