Distribution. Sri Lanka, no locality data ( Figure 3 , marked with ‘?’).

Habitat. Likely rainforest.

Notes. The holotype originated from an unknown locality ( Walker 1871). Since then the species has never been reported, and its distribution remains completely unknown.
