The Clinterocera vollenhovii species group
The ratio of width of head/pronotum larger than in the three other species groups; body black, surface clad with sparse, long setae in some species; elytral costae evident, with white or beige tomentum on lateral portion and/or disc in some species; tarsi slender.
This species group is rarely reported, and distributed in Malay Peninsula, Sunda Islands ( Krikken 1977; Krikken 1982a; Sakai & Nagai 1998; Krajčik 1999; Sakai 2004; Legrand & Chew Kea Foo 2010; Krajčik 2012b).
